Pick up from Penrith
You're welcome to collect your order from our warehouse at Unit 3 / 10 Production Place, Jamisontown NSW 2750. We're open to the public — you don't need a business account. Pay by cash or card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, EFTPOS). Open Mon–Fri 7:30am – 4:30pm.
Delivery
We know you'll be keen to receive your order quickly. To help us deliver smoothly, please provide:
- A valid residential or business address — we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers, as Australia Post will not accept Dangerous Goods.
- A daytime contact phone number — our couriers require one for every consignment.
After payment is received, your order is processed by the following business day. The approximate cut-off for same-day dispatch is 11am. Every order is packed carefully and sent via one of our preferred couriers.

Shipping is calculated on quantity, weight, destination and whether the order contains Dangerous Goods. The exact cost is shown at checkout.
Tracking
All consignments are tracked. Your tracking number is emailed once your order is dispatched and is visible in your account. Can't find it? Contact us and we'll help.
Identification & compliance
To meet regulatory and safety requirements, orders over $500 (incl. GST) — or any order at our discretion — may require proof of identity (such as a driver's licence) before processing, dispatch or collection. All ID is handled securely and used solely for verification.
