Ordering & Pick Up

Are you open to the public?
Yes. You don’t need to be a business to buy from us — anyone can walk in and purchase. We’re open 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday (closed weekends and public holidays).
Can I pick up my order?
Absolutely. We’re located in Penrith at Unit 3/10 Production Place, Jamisontown NSW 2750. Choose pick-up at checkout and we’ll let you know when it’s ready.
What payment methods do you accept on pick up?
We accept cash and all major cards — Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and EFTPOS.
Do you verify identity on large orders?
To prevent fraud and protect our customers, orders over $500 (incl. GST) may be subject to an identification check. We may ask for a valid driver’s licence before processing, dispatch or collection. All ID is handled securely and used only for verification.
Can I order by phone?
Yes — call us on 1800 60 50 40 during trading hours and our team can take your order and recommend the right product.

Delivery & Shipping

How long will delivery take?
After payment, orders are processed by the next business day (cut-off for same-day dispatch is approximately 11am). Typical transit times: NSW/ACT 1–3 business days; QLD & VIC 2–5; SA, WA & TAS 6–15.
Can you deliver to a PO Box or Parcel Locker?
No. Because many of our products are Dangerous Goods, we can only ship to a valid residential or business address. Australia Post will not accept Dangerous Goods for collection.
Why do you need my phone number?
Our couriers require a daytime contact number for every Dangerous Goods delivery. We can’t book your consignment without one.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is based on the quantity, weight, destination and whether the order contains Dangerous Goods. The exact cost is shown at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Every consignment is tracked. Your tracking number is emailed once your order is dispatched and is visible in your account. If you can’t find it, just contact us.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Please make sure your address is correct at checkout. Once an order leaves our warehouse we’re unable to redirect or amend the delivery address.

Products & Safety

What does “Dangerous Goods” mean for my order?
Many solvents are flammable or corrosive and are classified as Dangerous Goods. This affects how they’re packed, labelled and shipped — but it simply means they need to be handled with care. Each product’s label is GHS-compliant.
Where do I find the Safety Data Sheet (SDS)?
An SDS is available for every product. If you need one before purchase or can’t locate it, contact us and we’ll send it straight through.
I’ve had a spill or exposure — who do I call?
For chemical intake or spills, call us on 1800 60 50 40. In an emergency, call CHEMCALL on 1800 127 406, the Poisons Information Centre on 13 11 26, or 000 if life-threatening.
Can you supply custom or bulk quantities?
Yes. We manufacture and distribute in sizes from 1L bottles to 200L drums and 1000L IBCs, plus custom bulk blends. Register as a wholesale customer or contact us for a quote.
Are your cleaning products Australian made?
Yes. We manufacture our cleaning and hygiene range right here in Australia, to exceed industry standards, and supply directly to end-users.

Returns & Warranty

What is your returns policy?
If you need to return something, contact us or call 1800 60 50 40 first. Please read our Returns Policy before sending anything back. For safety and compliance reasons, opened Dangerous Goods generally can’t be returned.
What if my item is faulty?
If anything arrives faulty or damaged, contact us right away and we’ll make sure the correct process is followed and the issue resolved as quickly as possible.
How quickly will you respond to an enquiry?
We aim to respond to messages within 3 business hours. Messages sent after hours, on weekends or public holidays are answered the next business day.
