Before you return anything
Please contact us or call 1800 60 50 40 before sending any product back. This lets us identify the issue quickly and arrange the correct process.
Dangerous Goods
For safety and compliance reasons, opened Dangerous Goods generally cannot be returned. If a product is faulty or was sent in error, we'll always make it right.
Faulty or damaged items
Should an item arrive faulty or damaged, contact us straight away. We'll ensure the correct process is followed and resolve the issue as quickly as possible — including replacement or refund where appropriate.
Change of mind
Unopened, undamaged products in original packaging may be eligible for return at our discretion. Return shipping for change-of-mind is the customer's responsibility, and restocking conditions may apply.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
