Safety
- Corrosive — always wear chemical-resistant gloves and eye protection.
- Add acid to water, never water to acid.
- Use only in a well-ventilated area; avoid breathing vapours.
- Store upright, away from metals and incompatible chemicals.
First Aid
- If swallowed, contact a doctor or Poisons Information Centre (13 11 26) immediately and show the container or label.
- In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
- In case of skin contact, wash the affected area with soap and water.
- If inhaled, remove the person to fresh air and keep at rest.
