Green and black mould on roofs, render, paths and fences is more than an eyesore — it holds moisture, degrades surfaces and gets slippery. The traditional fix is pressure washing, which is hard work, can damage render and roof coatings, and only lasts until the spores grow back.
The spray-and-walk-away method
Our Lazy Mans Mould Control works the opposite way. You apply it diluted with a sprayer, then simply leave it. Over the following weeks, rain and dew reactivate the treatment and the mould lifts and washes away on its own.
Step by step
- Dilute the concentrate as directed on the label.
- Spray evenly over the affected surface on a dry, still day.
- Wear gloves and eye protection, and avoid overspray onto plants.
- Walk away. Let natural weathering do the rest over 2–6 weeks.
- For heavy growth, apply a second coat after a few weeks.
Where it works
Roofs and eaves, paths and driveways, pavers, render and brick, colorbond fences, tents, awnings and outdoor furniture. Because there is no scrubbing or high-pressure water, there is far less risk of damaging the surface underneath.
